The following case study was conducted under the direction of my visual communications and UX mentor from Booz  & Company while studying at Georgetown University’s Communication, Culture, & Technology Department. Her guidance helped to build upon my knowledge on Design Thinking, an area that I had studied at Stanford University. The combination of these two experiences helped me to be effective as a UX lead for the Affordable Care Act (or Obamacare) project in Hawai’i.
